Choosing a song at the gym or a playlist for a long drive sounds like it should be an easy enough decision, but I believe it can set the tone for the rest of our day. There is power in what we listen to, so we should choose what we listen to wisely.
As a part of my morning routine, I like to listen to certain playlists while I’m getting ready for the day or going on my morning walk. I truly believe music can give us more confidence, hope, and just good vibes for the rest of our day.
It can also bring feelings of gloom and impending doom, especially the kind of sad, kind of cathartic stuff.
Although I sometimes love a good old-fashioned cathartic cry-time playlist, let’s try and stay positive here. So here are some songs that I think should make it onto your personal “feel good” playlists.
