Welcome Back Gallivanters!

This week’s blog post is for my ladies.

Specifically, for my gals in charge of planning, executing, and delivering an EPIC girl’s trip in the near future.

If you are NOT the Type A friend who likes to do all the intricate planning and laminating the itineraries – you are in the right place.

Don’t worry, have no fear, The Gallivanter is here with a list of the top girls’ trip destinations in the USA.

Savannah, Georgia

If you and your girlfriend’s dream getaway consists of salty air, slow morning, card games and ghost stories, I’d recommend making your way down to Savannah, Georgia.

Savannah offers a perfect blend of stunning historical architecture, sandy beaches, and rich folklore.

Miami, Florida

Now, if you are well-aware that your friend group is “feral” and is the stay out all night sleep all day type of crowd, Bienvenidos a Miami.

I went in January, so I can personally vouch for the year-round sunshine, heat and unique night-life.

Between South Beach, the Art District, etc. there is plenty of fun for you and your girls to get into.

Nashville, Tennessee

Shania Twain, Cowboy boots, and some very spicy chicken. This is Nashville, Tennessee.

If your friends are a cross between chill Savannah and feral Miami – I’d recommend Nashville be your next girl’s trip destination.

Beyond Broadway, there are plenty of Hidden Gems of Nashville, TN to explore that makes Nashville for everyone.

Chicago, Illinois

A more unconventional girls trip destination, but this is geared towards my foodie girl groups!

Chicago, Illinois is a big city and as a result, has a beautiful blend of different cultures and foodways. Check out my other blog post dedicated to finding the Best Deep Dish Pizza in Chicago.

Not to mention Chicago is home to some of the most unique architecture in all of the U.S., one of the Great Lakes, and plenty of Ghost and Gangster tours.

Denver, Colorado

Rather pack your hiking boots than your heels? Colorado is waiting for you!

If your besties are the 6 am pilates and brunch-goers before spending a day in the great outdoors, Denver Colorado has plenty to offer you – especially its dining.

National parks, ski lodges/resorts, and breathtaking mountain views make Denver, Colorado one of my favorite girl’s trip destinations.

Out of all the trips I’ve taken, those with my girlfriends have been some of my most cherished, happiest, and most fun!

Wherever you go, from the city to the mountains and the shore, I hope you and your ladies have an absolute blast.

They’ll be so impressed with your planning that they might just ask you, “Where to next?”
