Sweet Summer Peaches and Grilled Brie Crostini’s with Honey Drizzle

This summer has already been so sweet.

Eating fresh fruit before jumping in the pool, staying outside all day and getting sunburnt. Watching the gorgeous summer sunset before grilling out and having one too many s’mores.

I wanted to share a quick, easy recipe that incorporates one of my favorite seasonal fruits: peaches!

These Sweet Summer Peaches and Grilled Brie Crostini’s with Honey Drizzle make a perfect poolside snack while the grill is out or as a great appetizer for a summer dinner party!

They are incredibly easy, impressive, and oh so sweet.


Sweet Summer Peaches and Grilled Brie Crostini’s with Honey Drizzle

Ingredients: 

Tip: For the crostini’s, try my other recipe The not so not French Baguette.

  1. After greasing grill, place baguette slices on grill, cook until lightly toasted.
  2. Score your Brie Cheese wheel in a criss-cross pattern, place over indirect heat on the other side of the grill.
  3. After removing baguette slices, place sliced peaches on grill, cook peaches until they are slightly brown.
  4. Taking care to avoid burning yourself, remove baguettes, peach slices and Brie from grill.
  5. Assemble Crostini’s by taking a slice of toasted baguette and adding a Tbsp of melted Brie and 2-3 peach slices .
  6. Lightly drizzle the Peach and Brie crostini’s with 1 tsp honey. Tip: try hot honey for an extra kick.
  7. Enjoy!
