A Night in Las Vegas, NV

Welcome Back Gallivanters,

and Viva Las Vegas!

A few weeks ago was the first time I had been out west, and after visiting both California and Nevada I’m already excited to plan a trip back.

We had the best time exploring during the day, but nothing compares to Las Vegas at night.

Without further ado, let’s spend a night out in Las Vegas.

Carbone Las Vegas

To start off our evening in Las Vegas, I snagged a reservation for my friends and I at Carbone! If you live under a rock, this famous Italian restaurant is one of Drake’s favorites.

The Carbone in the Aria hotel has an incredibly moody, luxe atmosphere perfect for celebrating my boujee bestie’s birthday.

Carbone offers savory starters and bread service, caesar salads created table-side and of course, spicy rigatoni.

Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden

After dinner, we wanted to check out the famous Bellagio hotel (fans of Oceans 11 – I’m amongst you).

The fountain show that takes place outside the hotel is great to catch during the day, but at night the conservatory and botanical garden inside the hotel is stunning at night.

Right now, the display is in honor of the Chinese Lunar New Year, but the display changes every so often – so every visit can be unique!

KA by Cirque du Soleil

Of course, it wouldn’t be a night in Las Vegas without catching show, particularly one by Cirque du Soleil.

We decided to see KA at the MGM Grand hotel – and I am so glad we did.

The show had martial artists, acrobats, and stunning visual effects. I highly recommend.

The Cosmopolitan

Normally, this is the part of the blog post where I talk about winding down for the evening…

But, this is Las Vegas!

You could spend a whole night just exploring the hotels around the strip – and I wouldn’t miss a trip inside the Cosmo. It has some unique art pieces both on the walls and encasing entire rooms – especially the Chandelier bar.

Well folks thanks for checking out the blog!

I hope you had the best time exploring Las Vegas night life – I know I did!

Til next time,

-Allison
