Hello Gallivanters!
This week, we’re heading out West and up into the mountains of Denver, Colorado. Before my week-long trip to Denver, I only knew to pack my hiking boots and avoid Overlook hotels.
Home to some of the country’s most breathtaking landscapes, I learned that Colorado also has a lot to offer foodies like myself.
Even though I did my best to try Denver’s classics and newly TikTok famous food spots (looking at you Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza), one week in Colorado left me unsatiated and hungry to plan my next trip back!
I can easily say that everything I had in Denver was incredible and I’d love to pass along some of my favorites.
Here is everything I had while dining in Denver.
Snooze A.M Eatery in Five Points

Pumpkin Pecan Pie Pancakes with hash browns and Bacon, But Different
5280 Burger Bar in the Denver Pavillions

The Connecticut style Lobster Roll with house made chips
Lil Coffea Shop off E Sixth Avenue

Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza
Zocalo’s in Colorado Springs

Quesabirria tacos with refried beans
Call Your Mother’s Deli in Berkeley

Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel with a Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Latte
Thanks for checking out the blog! I know it seems like all I did in Denver was eat, but be on the lookout on the blog where I’ll talk about all of my Day Trips From Denver.
Happy Gallivanting
